Our weekend has been very productive. We had dinner with our landlord, Vicente on Friday night. Vicente is a widow who lives with his adult son, he misses his wife very much. I fixed Filipino food in his honor.

Pancit, Chicken Adobo with Rice, Garlic Green Beans, Chicken Wantons, Lumpia and Tres Leches Cake. It was all delicious.
Leftovers!
As many of you can remember, we love to play Rack-O. We taught Vicente how to to play. Now he just needs practice so he can win!
