Taco Pie
1 prepared pie crust, put into pie pan prick bottom and sides with fork. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Remove from oven set aside, lower oven heat to 350 degrees.
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/3 c. salsa
2 c. shredded cheese
1 c. crushed tortilla chips
shredded lettuce
sour cream
chopped tomatoes
chopped onion
In medium skillet, brown ground beef with onion. Brown until meat is cooked. Drain. Add taco seasonings to meat. In small bowl combine refried beans and salsa. Mix well. Layer crust with half of the bean mixture, half of meat mixture, 1 c. shredded cheese, and crushed tortilla chips. Repeat layers. Bake on cookie sheet 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, onion salsa, and sour cream to taste.

Burrito Bake
1 c. bisquick
1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 lb. hamburger, cooked and drained
1 sliced avocado
1 c. salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
chopped tomato, lettuce, extra salsa and chopped green onion
sour cream
Spray a 10 inch pie pan with non stick spray. In medium bowl mix bisquick with water and beans. Spread in pie pan. Layer hamburger, salsa and cheese on top of crust mixture. Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with avocado, chopped tomato, lettuce, extra salsa and chopped green onion.

Cherry Pie Salad
12 oz. container cool whip, unthawed
1 can cherry pie filling
shredded coconut to taste
chopped walnuts or pecans, to taste
Mix all ingredients together and store in refridgerator until ready to serve.

Pink Salad
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 small container Cool Whip, thawed
handful of miniature marshmallows
(opt) can drained fruit cocktail- chopped nuts
Mix together. Serve well chilled. May add additional ingredients if desired.
