Easy Baked Parmesan Fish
Use a firm fish such as cod or halibut. I have used flounder with good results.
Four four servings mix together~
1/4 C. mayonnaise
1/4 C. sour cream
1 t. Mrs. Dash or other seasoning such as dried dill
fresh ground pepper
1/4 t. crushed or minced garlic
1 T. minced, dried onions or fresh sweet onion, diced
1/4 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8-1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese to top
Mix all ingredients in small bowl. Place fish in prepared baking pan. Smooth topping over each portion of fish. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan over fish. Bake at 425 degrees 12-15 minutes. Test fish for doneness, it should flake when cooked completely. Place in broiler if top of fish is not brown enough.
