This is what I've been up to... making a candy bouquet...
(the supplies)
(this is a baby wipe container with a scene from Winnie the Pooh. I took out the wipes and washed the inside with soap and water and let it dry)
(Getting started. I hot glued floral foam to the bottom of the container. I threw in some colorful ribbon and secured it with a bit of glue. I also hot glued three sizes of bamboo skewers to assorted pieces of colorfully wrapped candy. You just have to poke the skewers into the foam...)
The baby should be here anytime.
I am looking forward to holding a new little one!
Feel free to borrow the idea and make your own. It's fun and the children and husbands enjoy all the leftover candy.

ReplyDeleteOh YUM! Why didn't anyone do that for ME when I was pregnant? Heck why doesn't someone do that for me NOW?lol I think that is so cute and looks so fun. I hope your recipient was totally happy.ps Did you have to 'test' any of the candy...you know to be sure you were giving her totally edible stuff? lol
