Posting pictures of our afternoon and evening yesterday.
We filled the pool Thursday but it hasn't warmed up yet, no swimming took place, just wading. We did teach Banjo how to "Get the fishie!" He is chasing a battery powered squid around the pool.
Every once and a while he'd get a hold of a tentacle and pull the squid out of the pool, taking it to the grass to see if it would play with him. It was pretty entertaining!
We enjoyed fellowship with Chris and Sharon around the fire last night, we talked and laughed until pretty late. We didn't even get to the game we were going to play!

LOL! Love that the dog is chasing the squid! Too funny!We need to pull out our fire pit thing too! It's still in the garage. Looks like you guys had a great time though!!!
ReplyDeleteI was wondering if those were Jone's soda?!? Yummy and refreshing! Your yard looks so nice and green!!! Our sprinklers broke so our yard is suffering from the heat and lack of water. My oldest son just came over to the computer and wanted to give a big shout out "hi" to your little swimmer and "fisher dog".Have a good weekend!
ReplyDeleteThose Jones sodas crack me up. My brother in law buys the crazy flavors every Christmas like "Turkey with gravy" then the guys sit around tasting them all. One year he grabbed my sister in laws espresso shot glass and used that...not even thinking about what it looked like. The pictures are priceless. Blackmail material since he's a deacon at our church and it looks very much like he's taking shots.
